Episode 1 - Mosel Valley, Germany
Liora and Yolanda travel through Germanyâs Mosel Valley, where winemaking has flourished for more than 2,000 years since Roman times. Among its steep slate vineyards and winding river landscapes, they discover world-renowned Rieslings defined by elegance, minerality, and precision. After meeting local winemakers, they select three standout wines before Michelin-starred chef Harald RĂŒssel crafts a menu shaped by the regionâs historic character and distinctive style.
Episode 2 - Rheingau, Germany
One of Germanyâs most historic wine regions, the Rheingau has been shaped by monastic vineyards and centuries of craftsmanship since the early Middle Ages. Known for its refined Rieslings and elegant Pinot Noirs, the region blends tradition with modern excellence. Liora and Yolanda visit three acclaimed estates to select wines that reflect this heritage before chef Josef Laufer designs dishes inspired by their depth and structure.
Episode 3 - Styria & Burgenland, Austria
From the green hills of Styria to the sun-soaked plains of Burgenland, Austriaâs wine culture stretches back to Roman times and remains deeply tied to the landscape. Styria is known for its vibrant, aromatic whites, while Burgenland is celebrated for bold reds and world-class sweet wines shaped by Lake Neusiedl. Episode 4 - Vienna & Lower Austria
Vienna is the only capital city in the world with a significant winemaking tradition within its borders, while Lower Austria has been producing wine for more than two millennia. Together they form the heart of Austriaâs wine identity, from Viennaâs unique field blends to the crisp GrĂŒner Veltliner and Riesling of the Danube region. Episode 5 - Hardanger, Norway
In the dramatic fjord landscape of Hardanger, fruit growing traditions date back centuries, shaped by a cool climate and steep mountain valleys. Today the region has become Norwayâs cider heartland, producing award-winning ciders often called the wines of the north.
